The next meeting of the Committee for Communities will take place at 10am on 10 September 2026 in Room 29 Parliament Buildings. The meeting will be live streamed on the Northern Ireland Assembly website.

Charities (Amendment) Bill
The Charities (Amendment) Bill was introduced to the Northern Ireland Assembly by the Minister for Communities on 15 June 2026.
The Bill completed Second Stage on 23 June 2026 and was referred to the Committee for Communities for consideration.

Sign Language Bill
The Sign Language Bill was introduced to the Northern Ireland Assembly by the Minister for Communities on 10 February 2025. The Bill completed Second Stage on 18 February 2025 and was referred to the Committee for Communities for consideration.
