Water, Sustainable Drainage and Flood Management Bill - Have your say!
The Water, Sustainable Drainage and Flood Management Bill was formally introduced by the Minister for Infrastructure on Tuesday 23 June 2025. The Bill completed its Second Stage on Monday 16 September 2025 and is now referred to the Committee for Infrastructure for the Committee Stage of the Bill.
As part of the Committee Stage, the Committee is seeking views from stakeholders on the objectives, proposals and potential consequences of the Bill and would welcome your views and comments on its contents.
The closing date for comments is Friday 3 December 2025.
Committee visit and meeting at Belfast Harbour Commissioners Office
On Wednesday 28 May 2025, the Committee visited the Belfast Harbour Commissioners Office.
During the visit the Committee took evidence from the Belfast Harbour Commissioners Office on the Trust Ports Consultation and Department Officials on Public Sector Transformation Funding.
