Committee for Enterprise, Trade and Investment Meeting - 25 November 2014
The Committee for Enterprise, Trade and Investment met on Tuesday 25 November 2014 at 10:00am in Room 29, Parliament Buildings, when the Committee was briefed on the Northern Ireland Contact Point (NICP) Network by representatives from NICP, Queen's University and Ulster University. The Committee was also briefed by Department officials on the Northern Ireland Economic Strategy Year 1 & 2 Monitoring Reports.
The meeting was then suspended for a period.
On resuming, the Committee considered SRs on The Health and Safety (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 and The Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from High-efficiency Cogeneration (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014.
The Committee also considered a written briefing from Hardscape Products Ltd and Ethical Trading Initiative on Responsible Product Procurement and an EU Matters Newsletter.
