Committee for Enterprise, Trade and investment Meeting - 17 February 2015
The Committee for Enterprise, Trade and Investment met on Tuesday 17 February 2015 at 10.00am in Room 29, Parliament Buildings, when the Committee was briefed by representatives from Manufacturing NI, Irwin's Bakery amd SDC Trailers on the Inquiry into Economic Growth & Job Creation. The Committee was also briefed by RaISe officials on Foreign Direct Investment in the Republic of Ireland.
The Committee then scrutinised the Insolvency (Amendment) Bill and considered the Bill on a formal clause by clause basis.
The Committee also considered a written briefing from representatives of Protect Our North Coast and an SL1 regarding the Employer’s Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015.
