The Committee for Finance will hold its next meeting at 2.00 pm on Wednesday 25th March 2026 in the Senate Chamber, Parliament Buildings.

The Committee will consider Delegated Legislation on 

  • SL1 Baby Loss Certificate Scheme Legislation
  • SR 2026/45 The Rates (Small Business Hereditament Relief  (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2026, and 
  • SR 2026/46 The Public Service Pewnsiuons Revaluation  Order (Northern Ireland) 2026

The Committee will consider their Inquiry: Performance and Culture of the NICS and receive an oral briefing from Department of Finanace officials

The Committee will also recieve an oral briefing from Department of Finance officials on the Outturn and Forecast Outturn data for February

Finally the Committee will consider evidence from other Statutory Committees on the draft Budget 2026-2029/30
