Committee for Enterprise, Trade and Investment Meeting - 12 May 2015
The Committee for Enterprise, Trade and Investment met on Tuesday 12 May 2015 at 10.00am in Room 29, Parliament Buildings. The meeting was held in public session with briefings from the Confederation of British Industry in regards to the Committee’s Inquiry into ‘Economic Growth and Job Creation in a Reduced Tax Environment’ and a briefing from the Department for Enterprise, Trade and Investment and InvestNI on the European Regional Development Fund Investment for Growth and Jobs Programme
Following the briefings the Committee considered legislation on SR 2015/223 The Health and Safety (Miscellaneous Repeals, Revocations and Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015; Departmental written briefings on the Programme for Government 2011-15 – Departmental Delivery Plans Progress at 31 March 2015 and the Health & Safety Executive for Northern Ireland Operating Plan 2015-16. The Committee also considered Consultation documents on the EU Target Model – Integrated Single Electricity Market and Continuing to Connect Telecoms 2015-2017.
