The next meeting of the Committee for Health will be held on 19 June 2025. NI Hospice and Children's Hospice will give evidence on the Palliative Care Inquiry. The meeting will be broadcast on the NI Assembly website from 2pm.
Committee Inquiry: Access to Palliative Care Services
The Committee is undertaking an inquiry into accessing palliative care services in Northern Ireland.
As part of the inquiry Members of the Commitee gathered the views of those patients and their families, healthcare organisations and professionals on their experience of accessing palliative care across Northern Ireland.
The Committee is currently taking oral evidence from healthcare organisations.
