Social Enterprises: Female participation and leadership

Synopsis: This Briefing Paper - commissioned by the Committee for the Economy – considers Social Enterprises and how they may promote female participation and leadership in the labour market. The Paper considers the Social Enterprise sector from a female perspective, internationally and specifically in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland; followed by some concluding remarks.
