The Committee for the Environment met in the Senate Chamber, Parliament Buildings, on Monday 19 May 2014 when it was briefed by Department of Environment officials on Local Government Code of Conduct for Councillors and Shadow Arrangements and the draft Local Government (Transitional, Supplementary and Incidental Provisions and Modifications) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014.
