I am writing to confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) has processed your request dated 29 December 2025 in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Your request was as follows:
“…Paul Givan's Assembly Questions on his official webpage on the niassembly.gov.uk site hasn’t been updated since 2023.
Please can you provide me with all of Givan's Assembly Questions since the online register stopped in 2023 until the most recent available. Can you please provide the same level of detail as is available on the official webpage - Ref No, Member, Question and Answer if applicable, Tabled and Status.”
Our response
The Assembly Commission holds information in relation to your request.
We can confirm that the information held on the Northern Ireland Assembly website, in relation to Assembly Questions tabled by Mr Paul Givan MLA, is accurate and up to date. His last question was tabled on 11 October 2022.
This question was subsequently withdrawn on 5 February 2024 following Mr Givan’s appointment as Minister of Education on 3 February 2024.
No further Assembly Questions have been tabled by Mr Givan.
