I am writing to confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) has processed your request dated 24 January 2025 in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). In your request, you asked that the Assembly Commission provide-

"1. Please can you tell me the number of reported incidents of drinks being spiked in any bar or cafe on site, which serves alcohol, for the years 2022, 2023, 2024 + 2025.

2. Did any of the incidents in the above years require medical attention from the NHS? If yes, please can you tell me the number of incidents which needed medical attention for each 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

3. Were any of the incidents listed in the above years reported to the police? If yes, please can you break this down to the number of incidents each year - 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025."
