I am writing to confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) has processed your request dated 26 November 2024 in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). In your request, you asked that the Assembly Commission confirm:
- 'What items, if any, have been stolen from Parliament buildings over the past five years?
- What the cost of these items amounts to?
- What items have been damaged in the Parliament buildings over the past five years?
- What was the cost of repairs/replacements for these items?'
Our response
The Assembly Commission has not been made aware of any items being stolen from Parliament Buildings over the past five years. As a result, no costs of any stolen items are held.
