The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) has processed your request dated 3 June 2024 under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). In your request, you asked:
“1. Please ‘confirm or deny’[4] that information, records including, but not limited to legislation, are held that confirms / provides the material evidence that the specific public office, CHIEF-CONSTABLE of the POLICE-SERVICE-OF-NORTHERN-IRELAND, is a CORPORATION-SOLE.
2. Please provide all information, records including, but not limited to legislation, that that incorporates / creates and or provides the material evidence for the public office, CHIEF-CONSTABLE of the POLICE-SERVICE-OF-NORTHERN-IRELAND, as a CORPORATION-SOLE.
