Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“FOIA”)

I am writing to confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) has processed your request dated 22 December 2021 in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In your request, you asked:

“This is a FOI request being made under the FOI Act.

It is a request in relation to the disclosure of all communications between Ms Arlene Foster and Ms Michelle O’Neill and the World Economic Forum between the dates of 21 December 2019 and 21 December 2021.”

This information is not held by the Assembly Commission.

However in order to provide advice and assistance under section 16 of the FOIA 2000, you may wish to contact The Executive Office.

This is to meet the requirements as laid out by in the agreed publication scheme with the Information Commissioners’ Office.
