I can confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission holds information relevant to your request of 24 September 2021.  In your request you asked for the following information:

“I would like to request how the Northern Ireland Youth Assembly selection process adheres to the Equality Act 2010, seeing as the entire selection process was based on protected characteristics”

The Northern Ireland Youth Assembly selection process was developed to comply with the equality provisions set out in the Northern Ireland Act 1998. The provisions of the Equality Act 2010 relating to protected characteristics do not apply in Northern Ireland.
