I can confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission holds information relevant to your request of 29th April 2019. In your request you asked for the following information:
"Could you please tell me how much has been spent on maintaining the Stormont buildings, i.e. rates, electricity etc. since the Assembly last sat in January 2017? By this I am referring to the Assembly Commission at the Parliament buildings and utility bills."
