DSC Decisions: At its meeting of 8 January 2026, the Committee decided not to hold an inquiry into the replacement EU act, pursuant to paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 6B of the Northern Ireland Act.
The DSC was notified of the proposed EU act on 06 November 2025 and decided to monitor it. Read more information on the Committee's consideration of the proposed EU act.
