Following the Justice in a Digital Age Conference in October 2015 the Committee for Justice (the Committee) requested that RaISe examine international research, law and best practice in relation to: (i) Decriminalising the act of a child sharing intimate photographs of themselves, if consensual and (ii) The creation of an offence of masquerading as a child online.
