APN 279 - 17/22: Revised Northern Ireland Assembly Timetable 2020-2021

At its meeting on 7 July, the Business Committee agreed the following revised arrangements for the Assembly throughout July and August:

Plenary Sittings:                

21 July 2020

27 July 2020 (if required)

28 July 2020

Any other day required by FMdFM or 30 Members

Ad Hoc Committee on COVID-19 Response:     

In response to requests from the Executive on any working day the Assembly is not sitting  

Committee meetings:       

As required by each Committee

Oral questions:                  

Conclude on 7 July and resume on 7 September 2020

Written questions:            

May not be tabled between 11 July and 31 August 2020 except on those days on which the Assembly sits

Motions:                               

May not be tabled between 11 July and 31 August 2020 except on those days on which the Assembly sits

Regulations and Documents:

May be laid or presented any working day between 10am and 4pm                    

For procedural purposes, the Assembly will be considered to be in recess from 11 July to 31 August inclusive.
