APN 271 - 17/22: APG on UNSCR 1325, Women, Peace and Security / Proposed APG on Childcare

ALL PARTY GROUP ON UNSCR 1325, WOMEN, PEACE AND SECURITY

A remote/virtual meeting of the All-Party Group on UNSCR 1325, Women Peace and Security has been arranged to take place on Thursday 25 June 2020 at 3.00pm using the Microsoft Teams application.

The meeting will focus on the impact of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis on women and the response required to ensure gender and gender equality is integrated in the response and recovery. The meeting will also act as the AGM of the All Party Group and will involve election of office bearers as well as a brief review of the work of the APG over the last year.

All Members are welcome to attend.

An invite will be emailed separately to each APG member (and, on request, to any other MLAs who wish to attend) providing instruction on how to join the remote/virtual meeting.

PROPOSED ALL PARTY GROUP ON CHILDCARE

A meeting has been arranged to take place online on Friday 5^th June at 2pm to discuss the formation of an All-Party Group on Early Education and Childcare and to elect office bearers to the proposed group.
