I am writing to confirm that the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (Assembly Commission) has processed your request dated 20 July 2026 in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In your request, you asked:

“In the last ten years, how many Private Members Bills have fallen due to the dissolution of the Assembly, where its proposer has been returned following and election, but the legislation has not been re-introduced.”
