European Issues

The annual European Commission Work Programme (CWP) includes details of the proposed legislative and non-legislative actions for the year ahead and provides valuable early warning on any forthcoming activity. The 2017 Work Programme contains 21 key initiatives, reflecting the priority focus this year on agreeing and implementing the proposals already on the table from previous years.

The Committee agreed to seek views on  European priorities for the year ahead and the following responses were received
