Public Accounts Committee

This Committee was set up to consider accounts, and reports on accounts laid before the Assembly. The Committee had the power to send for persons, papers and records and to report from time to time.

The Public Accounts Committee held its final meeting of the 2016-2017 Mandate on 25 January 2017. The Northern Ireland Assembly and its committees were dissolved on 26 January 2017 in preparation for the Northern Ireland Assembly elections on 2 March 2017.
