Committee for the Executive Office

The Committee was established to advise and assist the Ministers on matters within their responsibility. The Committee undertook a scrutiny, policy development and consultation role with respect to the Executive Office and played a key role in the consideration and development of legislation.

Here you will find information about the work of the Committee during the 2016-2017 Mandate.

The Committee held its final meeting of the Mandate on 25 January 2017. The Northern Ireland Assembly and its committees were dissolved on 26 January 2017 in preparation for the Northern Ireland Assembly elections on 2 March 2017.
