Bound Volumes
Official Report (Hansard) and Journal of Proceedings
This section of the website contains copies of all the bound volumes of the Official Report (Hansard) and, since May 2011, the Journal of Proceedings. Each volume covers a period of time, generally about three or four weeks, and contains the definitive versions of the Official Reports of plenary sittings, Committee meetings at which formal clause-by-clause decisions are made on Bills, written ministerial statements, Written Answers to Questions, revised Written Answers to Questions and minutes of proceedings.
In essence, therefore, the volumes represent the major official archive of the business of the Assembly. The volumes are listed by mandate and may be searched individually (it is NOT possible to search more than one volume at a time).
Please note that these bound volumes are presented as downloadable PDFs that have not been remediated for accessibility. All Official Reports are available in HTML format in our Official Report database.
