Committee for Finance and Personnel Meeting - 20 May 2015
The Committee for Finance and Personnel met on Wednesday, 20 May, 2015 at 10:00am in Room 30, Parliament Buildings, when members received a briefing from Assembly Research on the Rating of Online Business. Officials from the Department of Finance and Personnel then briefed the Committee on various rating issues, including the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Business Rates Review and on the Small Business Rate Relief Scheme beyond 2015-16.
This was followed by a further briefing from Assembly Research on Public Procurement and Community Value. The Committee then gave consideration to the evidence received to date as part of its ongoing Review into the Operation of the Barnett Formula.
