Committee for Finance and Personnel Meeting - 03 December 2014
The Committee for Finance and Personnel met on Wednesday, 3 December 2014 at 10:00 am in Room 30, Parliament Buildings when it considered a written briefing from the NI Centre for Economic Policy (NICEP) on the impact on the local economy arising from the Draft Budget 2015/16.
The Committee was then briefed by officials from the Department of Finance and Personnel and Land and Property Services on a range of Rating Issues including non-domestic revaluation, district rate convergence and on DFP's consultation on rate rebate replacement arrangements.
Officials from DFP also briefed the Committee on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's (OECD) Review of Public Governance which was followed by a briefing on Public Sector Innovation Labs.
