The Committee for Employment and Learning met at 10.12am on Wednesday 14 January 2015 in The Open University , 110 Victoria Street Belfast when the Committee received a briefing from Mr John D'Arcy from the Open University. The Committee was then briefed from Include Youth and Business in the Community on the Aiming Higher Project.
