Agriculture and Rural Development Committee Meeting - 25 February 2014
The Committee for Agriculture and Rural Development met on Tuesday 25 February at 1.00pm in Room 30, Parliament Buildings when it was briefed by officials from Local Councils on the Reservoirs Bill and from Northern Ireland Meat Exporters Association regarding recent market issues.
The Committee also had briefings from Department of Agriculture and Rural Development officials on the regulations for Welfare of Animals at the Time of Killing and on the Single Farm Payment Trading Deadline.
The Committee also discussed Conservation of Sea Bass regulations 2014 and the Importation of Animal (Amendment) Order and the Sea Fishing (Licence and Notice) Regulations.
