Speaker Hosts Lecture on Perspective on Female Suffrage The Speaker of the Northern Ireland Assembly, Mr William Hay MLA, hosted an event in Parliament Buildings this evening as part of the “Perspectives On…” series agreed by the Assembly Commission to mark the decade of centenaries.
