Published Replacement EU Law - the process
The table below sets out the main stages and deadlines in relation to the work of the Democratic Scrutiny Committee and the Stormont Brake. The deadlines relate to a published replacement EU act which has been notified to the Committee. Different deadlines apply to published new EU acts.
