APN 326 - 17/22: Clarification of Christmas 2020 Recess

Members should note that at the meeting of the Business Committee today (24 November 2020), the Committee confirmed the formal recess dates for Christmas 2020 that were previously agreed in February 2020, detailed below;

Christmas Recess: 19 December 2020 – 10 January 2021

Last scheduled sitting: 15 December 2020

1st Business Committee: 12 January 2021

1st Plenary sitting: 18 January 2021

Written questions & motions tabled from 10 January 2021

Members should note that regardless of the recess dates agreed by the Business Committee, at any time:

a) FMdFM acting jointly, or 30 Members, may recall the Assembly under Standing Order 11

b) the Executive may ask the Speaker to convene the Ad Hoc Committee on the COVID-19 Response
