The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (NIAC) is seeking to appoint a single Service Provider that will provide a customer focused and cost effective managed service to the Assembly Commission for recruitment advertising services through a formal, compliant contract following a procurement competition. 

The key objectives and outputs from this project are to:

  • Secure a Service Provider by public tender that will design and manage the Assembly Commission Recruitment requirement.
  • Design will be limited to taking word documents and turning these into camera ready advertisements within the stipulated template (see examples of these templates below). 
  • Management of the recruitment advertising schedule will involve the Service Provider providing advice to the Assembly Commission on the most appropriate advertising medium that should be used for a particular vacancy. The Service Provider will be provided with information about the vacant post to assist them with providing this advice. The advice should cover which hard copy publications and online sites should be used and the rationale for such publications/sites. Such detail should be submitted to the Assembly Commission in writing. 
  • Placement to include, procuring space in the agreed advertising mediums and placing the advertisement in accordance with the agreed timescales.  
  • Secure a Service Provider that can operate and provide a service that meets the needs and flexibility requirements of the Assembly Commission.
  • Award the new contract 1 April 2022.
