The IS Office at the Northern Ireland Assembly wish to establish a contract whereby NI Assembly Commission staff can avail of an IT Service Management (ITSM) solution.

Implementation of this ITSM solution will replace the Assembly Commission’s fragmented and inconsistent methods used across the organisation when handling service requests, managing assets and change control records.
