The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (NIAC) is seeking to appoint an experienced consultant whose role will be to take the project from outline design through to successful completion on site, in the following phases –

Phase 1 – Design Phase.

Complete the design of the new security system.

Phase 2 – Procurement Phase.

Prepare the relevant tender documentation for the appointment of a suitable installer.

Phase 3 – Implementation Phase.

Oversee all the work carried out by that installer from commencement until project end

Phase 4 – Ongoing Support

Provide ongoing support as and when required during the life of the contract, including integration with the EAC and particularly with regard to warranty and defect issues that may arise with PBSS.
