The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (‘the Commission’) intend to establish a framework agreement with a maximum of 5 companies with a proven capability in design and installation of broadcast facilities within occupied historic listed buildings.
Successful service providers will be required to install such systems in various locations in Parliament Buildings, which is a historic and architecturally important building.
The framework duration will be for 48 months with no options to extend beyond this period.
