The Committee for Regional Development has welcomed the appointment of Sara Venning as Chief Executive of Northern Ireland Water.

Assembly Committee Agrees Governance Arrangements With Northern Ireland Audit Office

The Audit Committee has today agreed with the Comptroller & Auditor General a Memorandum of Understanding on corporate governance arrangements, transparency and accountability at the Northern Ireland Audit Office (NIAO).

Committee Urges Farmers to Apply for Single Farm Payments Online

The Assembly Committee for Agriculture and Rural Development has today called on local farmers to consider submitting their applications for Single Farm Payments (SFP) online. This year for the first time, the new online service will be available from early March 2014, approximately three weeks before the traditional paper applications are sent to farmers.
