Dear Sir

On behalf of Translink, I can confirm that we have reviewed the Financial Reporting (Departments and Public Bodies) Bill and do not envisage any difficulty in adhering to the clauses. No amendments are proposed.

Translink currently report on resource and capital requirements each month to DfI and this process will continue.
