Committee Stage - Inquiry into Historical Institutional Abuse Bill

The Committee for the Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister agreed its Report on the Inquiry into Historical Institutional Abuse Bill on 24 October 2012. 

The Report sets out the Committee's consideration of the Bill, including issues raised in written and oral evidence, proposed amendments to be brought forward by OFMDFM and the Committee's decisions on clauses and proposed amendments. 

The appendices to the Report include the written submissions received by the Committee and the official report of the oral evidence taken by the Committee.
