The Children’s Services Co-operation Bill - Committee Stage
The Children’s Services Co-operation Bill was formally introduced to the Northern Ireland Assembly on 8 December 2014 by the Bill Sponsor Mr Steven Agnew MLA, and passed its Second Stage on 26 January 2015. The Bill has now been referred to the Committee for OFMDFM which has
responsibility for the Committee Stage of the Bill.
During the Committee Stage the Committee will be scrutinising the clauses and schedules of the
Bill.
The Committee has issued a written call for evidence [link] in order to assist it with the scrutiny of the Bill. Your submission should reflect the clauses and structure of the Bill and should reach the Committee office by Tuesday 24 February 2015.
