All Party Group on Visual Impairment – September Meeting Postponed

The virtual meeting of the All Party Group on Visual Impairment, scheduled to take place on Monday 6th September 2021 at 12pm, has been postponed.

An alternative date will be arranged as soon as possible, and all members will be notified of the new date and time.

ALL PARTY GROUP ON CARERS    

A remote/virtual meeting of the All-Party Group on Carers has been arranged to take place on Wednesday 15th September 2021 between 2-3pm online.

The purpose of the meeting is to hear from Dr Allison Campbell (University of Ulster) on the educational impact of caring on young carers and also Aisling Reynolds (Action for Children) on the issues affecting young carers and young adult carers across NI.

ALL PARTY GROUP ON SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATHEMATICS (STEM)

A remote/virtual meeting of the All-Party Group (APG) on STEM has been arranged to take place on Monday 13 September at 5pm using the Zoom platform.

The meeting will look at the pharmaceutical sector and the contribution it makes in Northern Ireland as well as identifying the STEM skills needed to sustain the sector. The meeting will have speakers from the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry, the Almac Group and the STEM Ambassador Hub NI

All Members are welcome to attend.

An invite will be emailed separately to each APG member (and, on request, to any other MLAs who wish to attend) providing instruction on how to join the remote/virtual meeting.
