The Christmas Menu is available from Monday 24th November to Monday 22nd December.

- Traditional vegetable broth with freshly baked wheaten bread (v)
or - Christmas trio plate (guests receive three mini festive starters)
- Duck & pork terrine with cranberry gel and pistachio crumb,
- Beetroot cured smoked salmon, pickled fennel and horseradish crème fraiche,
- Goat’s cheese & spiced pear tart with candied walnuts.

- Traditional Northern Irish turkey and ham with stuffing, pan gravy, chipolata sausage
- and freshly made cranberry sauce
- Slow cooked garlic & rosemary beef steak with buttery mash, roasted vegetables and red wine jus
- Oven baked chicken supreme with dauphinoise potatoes, confit tomato, sautés leeks and pancetta cream sauce
