Economy Committee to visit City of Derry Airport

On Wednesday, 8 January, the Assembly’s Committee for the Economy will visit the City of Derry Airport. As well as taking a tour of the airport and facilities, Members will meet with management to discuss the need to improve air connectivity to Northern Ireland in order to support tourism and foreign direct investment.

Time:   2:30 - 3:30pm

Venue: City of Derry Airport

The media are welcome to attend the visit and photography / filming will be permitted. Interviews with the Committee Chairperson Phillip Brett MLA may also be available upon request.  

Please note: Ahead of the visit to the City of Derry Airport, the Economy Committee will hold its weekly meeting at the Magee Campus (Wednesday, 8 January at 10am).
