Education Committee to be briefed on Literacy and Numeracy in Schools and Changes to GCSE/A-Level Qualifications

The Committee for Education will receive a briefing from CCEA this week in relation to:

• changes to the specification for GCSE and A-Level qualifications; and
• assessment of literacy and numeracy of school pupils using Levels of Progression and Computer   Based Assessment.
