Rapid Literature Review: Domestic Abuse in Private Family Law Proceedings

Synopsis: This rapid literature review was commissioned by the Northern Ireland Assembly’s Justice Committee. The paper provides an overview of the academic research relating to domestic abuse experienced by adult and child victims/survivors engaged in the family court system.
