The Domestic Abuse and Family Proceedings Bill was formally introduced to the Northern Ireland Assembly on 31 March 2020.
The Bill passed its Second Stage on 28 April 2020 and was referred to the Committee for Justice for Committee Stage.
The Committee agreed to publish its report on the Domestic Abuse and Family Proceedings Bill at its meeting on 15 October 2020 and the report can be found via this link
