Legislative Consent Memorandum
Public Service Pensions and Judicial Offices Bill
The Department of Finance laid a Memorandum for the Public Service Pensions and Judicial Offices Bill in the Assembly on 6 September 2021. This has been referred to the Committee for Finance for scrutiny. Under Standing Orders, the Committee is obliged to make its report within 15 working days of referral. The LCM is then expected to be moved and voted upon in a Motion in the Assembly within a further 5 working days.
