Committee for Justice - 30 April 2014
The Committee for Justice will met at 2.00pm on Wednesday 30 April in Room 21, Parliament Buildings.
The Committee heard a briefing from departmental officials on a potential Legislative Consent Motion in relation to an Anti-Slavery Commissioner.
The Committee also considered a number of proposals for Statutory Rules: Regulations to place the Police Rehabilitation and Retraining Trust and the Northern Ireland Police Fund on a statutory footing; Illegal/Unlicensed Taxis, Police Powers of Seizure Regulations; and PACE Code A (Temporary Modifications) Order 2014.
