Committee for Justice Meeting - 20 February 2014
The Committee for Justice met on Thursday 20 February at 2.00pm in Room 30, Parliament Buildings.
The meeting began in closed session but soon moved into public session for an evidence session with the PSNI on the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Further Provisions and Support for Victims) Bill.
The Committee also received a briefing from officials from the Department of Justice on the Mental Capacity Bill and considered an update on the delivery of the Community Safety Strategy action plans for the period August 2013 to January 2014 and the draft consultation on the Review of the Code of Practice for the Appointment of Independent Members of the Policing and Community Safety Partnerships.
