Delegated Powers Memorandum

The Committee for Justice received the following Delegated Powers Memorandum from the Department of Justice relating to the Justice No.2 Bill.

The document identifies the provisions in the Bill (as introduced) which confer powers to make delegated legislation, explaining in each case why the power has been made and the nature of , and reason for, the procedure selected.
